Rental house in the Art Deco style influenced by the Amsterdam School, designed in 1925 by the architect Emile Hoebeke, asymmetrically composed and signed on the plinth « E. HOEBEKE / ARCHITECTE ». The red-brick façade is enhanced with rendered parts and bluestone; the mansard with two dormers and the flat roof were added in 1927. Most openings have trapezoidal arches, the window above the door is triangular, and a trapezoidal projecting bay supports a terrace. Brickwork set in recesses and projections enlivens the elevation, whose glazed door, railings and wrought-iron plinth grille survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
