Immeubles à appartements Art déco, avenue de la Couronne 346 et 352

Pair of almost identical Art Deco apartment buildings with shops on the ground floor, built in 1922. Their rendered elevations have four bays over four storeys under a mansard roof with dormers. Originally, two shops shared the ground floor of each building. Four triangular oriels project from the upper floors, and at nos. 352-356 the spandrels are decorated with ceramic tiles. Both buildings are recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
