Small Art Deco apartment building, built in 1938-1939 by the architect H. Geerts on a through plot between avenue de l'Hippodrome and avenue des Klauwaerts. Its two eight-storey façades, in brown brick punctuated by (imitation) bluestone elements, each have a single bay marked by a curved oriel rising through all the storeys. On the avenue des Klauwaerts side, the recessed entrance porch is flanked by pilasters and topped by a transom with green stained glass. The original glazed doors, part of the joinery and the front-garden railings survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
