Art Deco house designed by the architect Rowies in 1923, which forms with the neighbouring houses a row notable for its harmony and architectural coherence. Its sober brown-brick elevation, on a rubble-stone base, has two storeys and two bays of rectangular windows, those of the upper floor of trapezoidal section. A dormer lights the attic. The front setback is laid out as a small garden contributing to the landscape design of the Étangs (Ponds) district, and the boundary railings are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
