Art Deco warehouse built in 1925 for “Fr. Dumonceau et Fils”, a porcelain and glassware business, recorded in the inventory. The four-storey, four-bay building has a concrete frame. Its rigorous façade alternates light and dark brick with blue stone and concrete elements, forming geometric relief friezes beneath the cornice and in the window aprons. On the upper levels, wide triple windows unite the two central bays and form on the third level a barely projecting oriel on a broad stepped corbel. A strongly overhanging timber cornice on worked brackets, fine wooden window frames, stained-glass fanlights and a door with ironwork complete the building.
