Apartment building designed in 1925 by the architect E. De Boelpaepe, with six storeys and four wide symmetrical bays under a flat roof. The Art Deco-style facade of yellow brick, white stone and imitation stone rises above a marble-framed ground floor, largely glazed and given over to shops. The first floor lines up four wide basket-handle-arch windows, the upper floors are bordered by a balcony, and the outer bays form bow-windows over three storeys. The building is entered on the legal inventory; it is not listed as a protected monument.
