Maison, rue de l'Orme 19

An Art Deco house built following a 1928 building permit application, to plans by the architect Joseph Dimanche. The dark-brick façade, of three storeys over a raised basement and two unequal bays, sets its rectangular or three-sided polygonal openings in recessed panels. The main bay combines a polygonal opening on the ground floor, a bow window on a trapezoidal plan and a balcony in front of a French window beneath a dentilled lintel on stepped corbels. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
