An Art Deco house built following a building permit application of 1928, to plans attributed to the architect Joseph Dimanche. The façade in dark brick and white imitation stone, of two storeys over a raised basement and two unequal bays, has a window with a dentilled lintel on stepped corbels, then on the first floor a trapezoidal bay window topped by a balcony in front of a French window set within a polygonal dormer gable. In the entrance bay, the partly grilled door is surmounted by openings grouped within a single recessed panel, one of them under a three-sided polygonal arch. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
