The parish church of the Nouveau-Monde district, built in yellow Nieuwpoort bricks in 1939-1940 to plans by the architect Maurice Dujardin. The windows recall Neo-Gothic, but the massing and the decorative brickwork belong to a restrained modernism close to Art Deco, most visible in the bell tower. Inside, the furnishings, inscriptions, paving and liturgical objects are resolutely Art Deco.
