The headquarters of the Cercle ouvrier Saint-Joseph, a Christian trade union, planned from 1929 by the architect Marcel Hocepied and built in 1932. It brought together the club, the cooperative shop "Le Bien-Être" and a café on the ground floor, with offices upstairs. The monumental façade, dominated by an entrance bay capped by a lantern, is in the Art Deco style, with angular window frames, recessed brickwork, friezes and a bilingual sign.
