High-end apartment building projecting like a spur at the corner of boulevard de Dixmude and square Sainctelette, built to the designs of the Paris architects Louis Duhayon and Marcel Julien for the Société immobilière de Belgique, in three phases for which permits were applied for in 1925, 1926 and 1930. The eleven-storey corner wing, crowned by a dome, dominates two nine-storey wings under mansard roofs. The white imitation-stone façades above a marble-clad ground floor owe their upward rhythm to the rounded corners and trapezoidal bow windows, and are decorated with Art Deco motifs: vine branches, scrolls and spirals, masks on the brackets and geometric ironwork.
