Extension of a complex at Rue du Pélican 30, the former Hôtel de la Senne, built on the site of earlier outbuildings and dated 1929 by its building permit; it is recorded in the inventory. The building has six storeys, the top two set back above the cornice. Its Art Deco façade of brick and white artificial stone is marked by three wide superimposed trapezoidal projecting bays, the uppermost topped by a carved female head amid flowered garlands and crowned by an iron railing. On the upper floors, rows of small rectangular windows are separated by continuous string courses; on the ground floor, three segmental openings lead to the garages.
