On the corner of Rue Émile Wauters, this Art Deco apartment building was built in 1932 by the architect H. Ledrut on a fan-shaped plan. Its four storeys under a mansard roof combine a terrazzo ground floor with red-brick upper floors, where each bay forms a trapezoidal oriel on a rounded corbel. Piers and capitals with geometric decoration, fluted spandrels and the original glazed wrought-iron doors complete the façade. The ground floor housed offices, and each upper floor one large apartment.
