A three-façade Art Deco villa designed in 1932 by the architect Fernand De Pauw. It consists of three blocks, the main one of two storeys beneath a tall, overhanging mansard roof with upswept eaves and a roof terrace. The red-brick façade set off with white stone is organised around a broad corner bay with a narrow cut corner; the corner and the upper floor on the boulevard side project, above a high bluestone plinth pierced by two garage doors. The joinery and the front-garden enclosure, with engine-turned wrought-iron railings, survive.
