An Art Deco-inspired apartment building and town house, signed and dated 1946 by the architect Dés. Muylaert on the low front wall. They adapt for a new client a 1927 design by the architect Fernand De Pauw, which provided for a lower town house flanked by a large oblong wing intended as a picture gallery. The red-brick and white-stone façades are marked by projections with concave sides and by entrance porches with polygonal arches; no. 368 has five storeys under a flat roof, no. 368a three storeys under a tall mansard roof. The glazed metal doors survive. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
