Detached villa in the Art Deco style, set at an angle to the present building line in a large garden enclosed by hedges and an iron fence. It probably goes back to a country house built in 1793 for the councillor Charles De Graeve; in 1929 Jules Eugeen Segers-Hycke bought it and had it remodelled to designs by the architect Adolphe Segers, and it was then, according to the building application of 1930, that it received its Art Deco façade with two bay windows, keeping the volume and high roof of the older house. It was divided in two in 1938 and extended to the north in 1942. On the rendered, white-painted façade, the central entrance bay is treated in a decorative Art Deco manner: a door with stepped reveals between heavy fluted pilasters carrying a canopy, and above it five narrow coupled windows lighting the stair, decorated with Art Deco plant motifs; it is flanked by two three-sided bay windows over two storeys, with Art Deco floral panels between the floors, and by two three-sided Art Deco wall lights. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
