Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by the architect Maurice Mornie, whose name appears on the plinth, for Achiel Vandeputte. The three-storey brown brick cornice façade on a bluestone plinth retains its original wooden joinery; a three-sided oriel rises over two storeys in the broad bay. The wooden door with a geometric wrought-iron grille and figured glass is set within stepped reveals, and the second floor features decorative relief brickwork around a pseudo-oriel. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
