Art Deco town house designed in 1932 by the architect Ormond Bibauw for the widow L. Waedemon; the houses at nos. 85-87 and 89 of the same street have a very similar façade. Of three storeys under a tiled pitched roof, it has a façade with a wooden cornice on a blue stone plinth, combining red brick with imitation stone, with rectangular openings whose joinery has been renewed. On the ground floor, the wooden door with a wrought-iron grille, set within stepped reveals, is separated from its fanlight by a projecting rendered lintel continued above the side light; a string course of imitation stone with dentilled lintels marks the transition to the upper floors. These are symmetrical and taken up by a three-sided oriel in imitation stone on a geometric corbel, with coupled windows and a block frieze, set between two lesenes decorated with Art Deco bas-reliefs at their base and beneath a rendered crowning. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
