Semi-detached villa in the Art Deco style, built in 1931 according to the cadastral records; on the right it originally abutted a projecting works building of the former sawmill. Built in brick on a high plinth of bluestone slabs, it is accentuated by white-painted bands, window surrounds and a broad band beneath the projecting timber cornice. Under a flat roof, the house has two worked elevations and a canted door bay: the rectangular glazed door is flanked by columns on bluestone bases that carry the heavy corbels of a balcony with an iron railing. Beneath the cornice runs a frieze of panels decorated with Art Deco floral motifs, and the left side elevation is enlivened by bay windows. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
