Group of three terraced Art Deco townhouses built in 1936 according to the land registry archives, in Sint-Gillis-bij-Dendermonde: no. 26 for the chief train guard Polydore Braeckman–De Koninck, no. 28 for Romanie De Coster and no. 30 for Raymond De Coster–Hervent. These two-bay, two-storey brick houses under broken gable roofs have cornice façades marked by white rendered panels and horizontal bands. The wider window bays are accentuated by rounded or three-sided oriels; the joinery is preserved except at no. 26. The group is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
