Art Deco shop-house built in 1934, according to the land registry archives, on the site of an older house, for the blacksmith Jozef Beckers-Wils of Sint-Gillis. This terraced house of three bays and two storeys under a pitched roof has a brick cornice façade on a renewed bluestone plinth, enlivened by concrete bands, lesenes and recessed panels, beneath a timber cornice on brackets. The upper floor has two triple-light windows and two balconies with iron railings on polygonal brackets. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
