An Art Deco house on the corner of the church site, built in 1933 according to the cadastral records and designed, as the inscription on its plinth shows, by "F. De Boever, Arch. Gent". The asymmetrical two-bay façade, colourful and sculpturally worked, is in yellow brick with deep horizontal joints on a bluestone plinth, with a three-sided brick bay window topped by a balcony. Original joinery, strips of coloured stained glass and a glazed door with Art Deco ironwork survive.
