Terraced house in the Art Deco style of two storeys under a tiled saddle roof, signed on the plinth "Gentil Marchand, Moerbeke" and built in 1938 according to the land-registry archives. A single-fronted house with an asymmetrical elevation and a stepped cornice, it has a recently renewed brick facing, with surviving bluestone slabs to the right of the door. The left-hand bay has a tall lancet window whose Art Deco leaded-glass infill has disappeared. A freestone letterbox bears beneath it the word "post" in Art Deco lettering; the other windows are wide, with bluestone sills and brown metal frames. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
