Art Deco house built in 1929 according to the land-registry archives, now a shop called 't Naaimandje, with a partly altered shop front. A single-fronted house of two bays and three storeys under a tiled saddle roof, it is built of orange-red brick with contrasting white-painted bands, door and window surrounds and quoins. The narrow right-hand bay has a round-arched glazed iron door; the wide window bay, whose broad ground-floor window has been altered, has a curved bay window on the upper floor ending in an arch, and above it a semicircular window under a blocked arch moulding. According to information from the municipality in 2021, the joinery, including the door, has since been partly renewed. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
