Apartment building in sober Art Deco, designed in 1935 by the architect Victor Lebens for the couple Gustaaf and Louisa Dryepondt-Van Dongen, opposite the former Wilrijkseplein. It has eight storeys above a basement; its name probably refers to Henri Beyaert's fountain erected nearby the same year. The four-bay natural-stone cornice façade follows a fairly classical composition, with a central projection, a rusticated base and two central bays treated as a bay window on heavy corbels, with generous floor-to-ceiling glazing; the wrought iron of the door and balustrades survives. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
