Apartment building in the sober Art Deco style, built in 1935 for the brothers Jos, Karel and August Van Looy, one of whom signed the design as builder. Standing at the corner of Camille Huysmanslaan and Generaal Cabrastraat, it is one of the earliest high-rise projects in the Tentoonstellingswijk. An undecorated seven-storey corner building, it has a brownish brick facing on a blue-stone plinth, articulated horizontally by wide windows and continuous white limestone sills; two three-sided bay windows flank the entrance of the main façade. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
