Art Deco block of flats built in 1926 by the architect Gérard Vuille. The asymmetrical four-storey façade, faced in white stone, combines on the left a curved oriel topped by a terrace in front of a triple window, and on the right a three-storey trapezoidal bow window. The bays are punctuated by giant pilasters whose sculpted capitals depict a basket of fruit, a motif repeated in the ironwork railings. The original window frames, with small-paned transoms enclosing coloured stained glass, and the wrought-iron pedestrian door have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
