Art Deco block of flats on the corner of the Rue des Mélèzes, signed and dated "Arm. Warny Architecte 1936". Rising seven storeys plus an attic storey, it has two five-bay façades linked by a canted bay, in white stone contrasting with red brick on a bluestone base. The second and fourth bays are marked by an oriel with triple windows topped by a terrace, the others by horizontal rectangular windows, beneath a deeply projecting cornice. The recessed entrance door is in the corner bay; the small-paned frames and ironwork sill rails have been preserved, and the glazed door is of wrought iron. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
