Pair of identical Art Deco town houses designed by the architects Ernest and Julius Delune for Fernand Neuray in 1928, adjoining his own house on avenue Guillaume Macau. The three-storey, two-bay elevations beneath mansard roofs are in brick heightened with imitation-stone elements. Each ground floor has a garage door together with a door and a window fitted with grilles; on the upper floors the main bays are fronted by an oriel. Cornices on a dentilled entablature, original joinery and interiors arranged around a central top-lit staircase complete the pair. The building is recorded in the inventory.
