Five-storey, two-bay Art Deco apartment building erected in 1930 by the architect M. Coensaerts. Its red-brick façade is rendered and enhanced with bluestone. The left bay is marked by a three-storey oriel on a trapezoidal plan, under a roof terrace with blocks and a wrought-iron railing, while the right bay projects on the upper floors and is crowned by a dormer. On the ground floor, two garage doors frame an open-work, grilled pedestrian door; the joinery is original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
