Multi-family house in cottage and Art Deco style, designed in 1931 by architect Hendrik Adolf Wittocx for Henri Vandekerckhove, in Merksem. The brick façade on a bluestone plinth emphasises the wide projecting bay crowned by a gable, with a three-sided bay window carried by two pyramidal consoles. The round-arched doorway is set in a broad white natural-stone surround decorated with S-motifs. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
