The "Sneeuwklokje" town house (named on a façade stone), in the Art Deco style with elements of the cottage style, built for Lena Demets; the plans, approved in 1932, are signed by L. Verbaendert, and the works were carried out by contractors including Jos Cools. The red-brown brick cornice façade on a blue-stone plinth is dominated by a three-sided, two-storey bay window topped by a balcony and a mitre-shaped gable on foliage-decorated consoles. The door surround with its zigzag motif and the wooden door with a metal grille of spirals and zigzags survive. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
