Art Deco apartment building constructed in 1935 in Merksem on the initiative of the clerk Jozef Leonard Miel-Lause, who sold it the same year; as the building file has not survived, the designer is unknown. The three-storey cornice façade of two unequal bays, in red brick on a bluestone plinth with white natural-stone accents, is dominated by a two-storey rectangular bay window with stepped Art Deco motifs, flanked on the entrance side by semicircular loggias. The original front door with a meander-pattern metal grille survives. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
