Signed by the architect Gustave Fache, assisted by his son Lucien, this façade was erected in 1930 in front of an existing terraced building. Built in sandstone, limestone and brick, it stands out for the handling of these materials and their contrast with the concrete of the sills and the underside of the cornice. Bricks laid on edge, geometric reliefs and successive set-backs with mouldings inspired by the Amsterdam School are combined with Art Deco motifs in the corner window, the entablature, the stained-glass transom and the steel front door.
