Multi-family house of Art Deco inspiration in Berchem, built for E. Weiremans to a 1931 design by the architect Simon Pièret; work began on 19 October 1931. This three-bay, three-storey house of the 'enkelhuis' type, fronted by a small garden enclosed by a wrought-iron railing, has a white-stone cornice façade on a bluestone plinth, dominated by a central three-sided oriel; the openings of the first and third levels have rounded upper corners. According to the plans it contained three modest dwellings served by a shared entrance hall and staircase. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
