A wide Art Deco town house built around 1922 by the Bouw- en Woningbank for Lebrun. Its three-bay, three-storey facade combines red brick facing with bands and ornament in white natural stone, with two wide round-arched windows in richly decorated surrounds and an oriel topped by a wrought-iron balcony. The joinery of the windows, door and gate is very well preserved. The house lies in the Zurenborg district, protected as an urban site since 1980.
