Art Deco ensemble consisting of a house and a set-back industrial building, both designed by the architect Léon Denis. The house, signed and dated 1929, contained the offices and shops of the Molenaar company as well as a dwelling; the industrial building was designed in 1930 for a biscuit factory, and the whole was later occupied by a tool-making firm. The asymmetrical façade of the house combines polygonal-arched openings, a bow window carrying a terrace with a wrought-iron railing and patterns of upright bricks; the industrial building has a rendered gable front under a roof with a metal frame.
