Art Deco house built in 1933 for the printer Felix Bohez, together with its printing works, replacing or converting an older building. A wide-fronted house under a mansard roof (possibly a half-mansard, according to the inventory) covered with black slates, it has a white-painted brick façade divided vertically by angular bay recesses that alternately rise into dormers; the recessed spandrels carry panels. The ground floor has been altered. The joinery partly survives, including the narrow-barred windows of the attic storey, but the cornice among other elements has been renewed. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
