Maison bourgeoise Art déco, Keukeldam 68 — Waregem

This Art Deco house was erected in 1945. Its brown-brick façade, on a base imitating rubble stone, has a recessed entrance under a concrete canopy and a right-hand bay accentuated by an oriel, a balcony and a dormer. Varied brick bonds with emphasised ribs, a tubular balcony railing and preserved joinery are its typical features. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
