Art Deco house and horse-sausage factory (the Goethals business) in Maldegem, built in 1935-36 according to the land-registry archives for the horse butcher Bourgonjon; the architect is not recorded. A terraced house of three storeys under a flat roof, in yellow brick with brown bricks and brown faience tiles on the upper floor, and an entrance porch with a round-arched door and characteristic oculi.
