This Art Deco house was built in 1929, according to the cadastral archives. A terraced house of two bays and two storeys under a tiled gable roof, it is built of light brick in decorative bond, with dark-brown brick bands on a cemented base. The openings with chamfered upper corners in cemented surrounds retain their joinery with fine glazing bars in the transoms. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
