Villa built in 1928, according to the cadastral archives, by the flax manufacturer A. Wyllemarck, with a former flax-scutching works at the rear whose sawtooth-roofed building has since been demolished. An Art Deco double-fronted house with an asymmetrical composition, in orange brick with contrasting rendered bands, it has two storeys under a tiled saddle roof, with a gable over the door bay. The left bay has a two-storey bay window, the right bay a terrace and a loggia on the upper floor; the front garden is closed by an iron railing on a low brick wall. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
