Art Deco house built in 1929 according to the cadastral records. A terraced house of two bays and three storeys under a gabled roof, it has a yellow-painted brick façade on a bluestone plinth with barred basement windows. It follows the single-fronted type, with a narrow door bay on the left and a wide window bay, marked on the upper floors by corner pilasters and fitted with a curved bay window with Art Deco motifs on the parapet. The joinery is partly original and partly renewed to the original pattern, and the original glazed panelled door, basket-arched, sits beneath a drip moulding. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
