Two Art Deco apartment buildings, each with its own entrance, sharing a single rendered façade designed by the architect De Bruyne in 1927. The four-bay, four-storey elevation, on a rubble base and under a mansard roof with six dormers, is enlivened by two oriels, one shallow with paired windows, the other trapezoidal. The entrance bay has spandrels decorated with relief brickwork. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
