Apartment house in a restrained Art Deco style, built for Leopold Draeye to a 1926 design by the architect Geo Brosens, one of his earliest known works. The sober three-bay, three-storey façade with cornice, in red brick laid in a careful, expressive bond with natural stone for the high plinth and surrounds, is asymmetrical: the broad side bay has a three-sided bay window with a crowning balcony on the ground floor, and the top storey, treated as an attic, is decorated with dentils. The wooden door, the wrought-iron grilles, the balcony balustrade and the front garden railing survive; the first floor was a rental flat. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
