Asymmetrically composed Art Deco rental house, built in 1930 and recorded in the inventory. Its orange brick façade is enhanced with white imitation stone and bluestone, above a base of sandstone rubble. The projecting main bay combines a trapezoidal ground-floor window and a two-storey trapezoidal oriel rising up to the concrete cornice. The recessed door is sheltered by a polygonal canopy with scrolls in low relief on its soffit, and the window breasts and lintels are enlivened with stepped and sawtooth motifs, along with panels of plant decoration. The roof was later converted into a mansard; the door with its grilled opening is preserved.
