Art Deco town house designed in 1925 by the architect Maurice De Maet, with a rear workshop, for Alfred Denis, a specialist in gold-leaf gilding; the architect signed and dated the base of the façade. The orange brick façade, enhanced with white stone and blue stone, is organised around a carriage gate with a geometric keystone, giant pilasters and a two-storey bow window. Inside, the Art Deco decoration is largely preserved: a staircase lit by a skylight, marble floors and panelling, and doors with stained glass; the rear workshop has a triple sawtooth roof. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
