Art Deco tenement house with a ground-floor shop, designed by the architect Charles Crickx in 1929. The five-storey façade, in red brick set off with rendered elements and blue stone, stands on a granito plinth. The ground floor and the first three upper floors are articulated by stepped surrounds and arcades, with a small trapezoidal projecting bay under a terrace on the right. On the top floor, a four-mullioned window is set in a projecting wall section decorated with geometric steps and patterned brick panels. The building is recorded in the inventory.
