Art Deco office and residential building resulting from the conversion and extension in 1933 of a building that had housed the La Vignette de Louvain brewery from around 1907, carried out for the contractor Constant Mommens; depots and workshops were built at the rear. The four wide bays of the façade combine a granito-rendered ground floor with upper storeys in brown brick with emphasised horizontal joints, a trapezoidal stepped oriel and a widely projecting timber cornice. Geometric wrought ironwork, doors with grilled openings and leaded windows with a triangle pattern are preserved. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
