Art Deco tenement house designed in 1926 by the architect E. Biar (an attribution marked with a question mark in the inventory entry). The asymmetrical two-storey elevation under a mansard roof is in orange-toned brick, enhanced with white artificial stone, now painted, and white stone. A two-storey trapezoidal oriel carries a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, in front of a dormer with a triple window, framed by pilasters with finials and topped by a cornice on numerous brackets. In the entrance bay, a small triangular bay window rests directly on the door's springer blocks. The cornice, the grilled door and the front garden railings have been preserved; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
